Richard Warnock is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years of experience in commercial management and contract administration across New Zealand and the UK. He has delivered commercial oversight on a wide range of projects across education, residential, and large-scale commercial developments, with project values up to NZD 60 million. His experience includes major institutional projects such as the University of Canterbury developments and Queenstown Country Club. Richard brings strong expertise in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, with deep knowledge of NZS 3910/3915 and both ECI and traditional procurement models. He is highly experienced in managing claims, variations, and ensuring commercial discipline across the full project lifecycle.
